We have an opportunity within our Customer Services team to support a large corporate key account, so we are looking for excellent customer service skills with a focus on showcasing strong customer relationship experience as well as being able to work independently with opportunities to display your self-motivation and proactivity in the role.
Key Accountabilities
1. Take ownership of Fleet Manager enquiries from a key account, resolving issues where possible or liaising with your team and other departments to provide good outcomes for our customers.
2. Build rapport and confidence with the key account contact.
3. Provide updates and timelines on queries and complaints within the contracted SLAs agreed.
4. Be the face of Customer Services on weekly client calls.
5. Own business processes and updated in line with audit requirements.
6. Look for better ways of doing things to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
7. Be agile and adapt to the changing demands of our customers.
Required Knowledge & Experience
1. Experience of key account customer service or Fleet Management support.
2. An ability to build strong relationships with customers.
3. Being adaptable to the changing demands of customers.
4. Self-motivated and proactive.
5. Experience of working in fleet management, customer service, understanding the importance of teamwork in a customer and goal-focused environment.
6. Experience in dealing with customers in a front-line environment and/or ability and willingness to learn at a fast pace.
7. Can multi-task, and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
8. Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activity.
