Veterinary Surgeon, White Cross Vets, Coulby
White Cross Vets, Coulby is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This is a well-balanced role that offers a good split of medicine & surgery. We’re keen to tailor the caseload based upon your own clinical interests. We're keen to offer up to £5000 for relocation.
Work-life balance that works for you
We are proud to say our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours truly tips the scale on your work-life balance. We know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and we want to make it brilliantly easy for you to strike the right balance. Whether you are looking for a full-time or part-time role, we are sure we can find the right rota pattern for you. A typical full-time role would involve a 40-hour week (working 4 days), along with the shared Saturday rota (with time back in lieu offered). There’s no out of hours or on-call required.
About us
We currently have a team of 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Veterinary Nurse, and 3 Client Care Coordinators. We are a close-knit team who are looking forward to a new Vet joining. We love getting together during wellbeing afternoons and enjoy all things crafty! We're currently planning our Christmas Party where we'll be heading to a party night locally.
We are looking forward to the development of our 4th consult room in practice and have a new digital x-ray on order! As well as a top-of-the-range ultrasound in practice, we also have use of an endoscope. The practice is located in a great location, near shops with plenty of parking as well as a park across the road! We have a 'chill out room' complete with sofas and bean bags to enjoy at break times. Our RVNs are really experienced, conducting weight clinics and schedule 3.
