Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional reception services and office administration.
* Be the go-to person for all IT repair services-related queries.
* Assist in managing IT-related items and activities.
* Maintain databases and spreadsheets effectively.
* Own and update the IT SharePoint page.
* Ensure smooth administration of centrally procured equipment (e.g., mobile phones, laptops).
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: 2+ years in a busy office environment.
* Skills:
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise duties.
* Knowledge: Basic IT understanding and awareness of Health and Safety practises.
* Other: Commitment to promoting excellent customer service and a willingness to learn! 🌱
