Our Introducers are the first point of contact for our pre-engaged customers, giving them insight into our Equity Release products and solutions to ensure it meets their needs. A full induction and training programme is offered, enabling you to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position at 35 hours a week over the course of our opening hours (Mon-Thurs 9am-8pm, Fri 9am-5.30pm & Sat 10am-3pm). A rota is in place for working a Mon-Thurs 12pm-8pm, Fri 9.30am-5.30pm, and a Saturday shift once every 6 weeks. Initially, this is office-based; however, once the probation period is completed, the role is then offered on a hybrid model (4 days office, 1 day home).

What You Will Be Doing:
As an Introducer, you will introduce the Equity Release product and solutions, being the first point of contact with our customers and providing a prompt, friendly, and efficient experience. This is primarily outbound calling and not a cold calling role, as our customers would have already expressed an interest in hearing about our service offering. You will manage and maintain a diary system that ensures call-backs are well timed and delivered between customers and our customer advisors.
To be successful in this role, we look for:
1. Experience working directly with customers in a customer service or sales environment.
2. Good phone skills – experience speaking to customers over the phone.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Great active listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
5. Basic / Good computer literacy skills – being able to use Outlook, Word, and CRM systems.
6. The ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives within timescales, without compromising accuracy and quality.
7. GCSE (or equivalent) educated as a minimum with Grades C or above in both English and Maths.
