About the Role: As a Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent technical support and ensuring their systems run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Escalate more complex problems to as necessary. Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new users. Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the support process. What We’re Looking For: Technical Skills: o Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common hardware. o Familiarity with basic networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, Wi-Fi setup). o At least 1-2 years of previous experience in similar role Personal Attributes: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. o Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure. o A genuine interest in IT and technology.
