Weekly hours: 37.5 hours a week, 24/7 shift basis

Your typical day could start with creating and implementing support plans consistently and correctly for our customers. Then you might be supporting individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community by being innovative, enthusiastic and encouraging.
As a Care Support Worker, you’ll be assisting people to live their best life, with a particular focus on supporting people with kindness and compassion. You will support people with all aspects of daily living including assisting people with their personal care and health needs.
You’re kind, compassionate and driven to protect the rights of the people you support. You’ll respect individual characters you are supporting and the different wants and needs they may have. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be available to work on a rota basis which is covered over a 24/7 period. Some waking nights and sleeps ins will be required for which an additional payment is made.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence and access to their own car as getting to the service via transport links can be unreliable.

* Have experience of providing support to vulnerable individuals.
* Can maintain records, with high levels of attention to detail.
