About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with new and existing customers, offering tailored business solutions.
2. Manage and nurture customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
3. Conduct outbound calls using warm leads from internal databases.
4. Identify and self-source new opportunities within the database.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
6. Stay informed about product developments and market trends.
7. Continuously seek ways to maximize sales and exceed targets.
8. Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times.
What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience (brokerage experience preferred).
2. Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet targets.

6. Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of CRM systems.
