Duties include:
1. Conducting customer visits as assigned by Service Administration
2. Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all types of the organisation's equipment on site
3. Providing on-site customer training
4. Performing equipment rebuilds
5. Conducting Force and displacement calibrations of equipment to UKAS accreditation
6. Installing, servicing, calibrating and repairing equipment
7. Preparing visit reports, installation and service reports, travel expense reports, and time sheets
8. Independently managing documentation required to fulfil customer orders
9. Supporting Sales and Operations departments
10. Ensuring compliance with quality system, health and workplace safety regulations, legal regulations, CE requirements, norms, and internal technical guidelines to mitigate health and financial risks
11. Managing costs within budget
12. Tracking product modifications and technical changes to organisations equipment
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
2. Proficient in technical field service and customer support
3. Knowledge and experience of hydraulic systems
4. Knowledge and experience of electro-mechanical systems
5. Knowledge and experience of calibration
6. Knowledge and understanding of software solutions and electronics
7. Ability to work autonomously
8. Valid Driving Licence
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Openness to travel
11. Adaptability
12. Strong team collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary environment
