What you will do at Deel
1. Execute initiatives and manage projects leading to a higher level of excellence across all operations teams and beyond
2. Identify highly impactful problems or moments of friction and improve customer experience by implementing changes successfully
3. Implement, own and improve operational systems and processes, workflows, and/or organizational tools, and drive improvements leading to us serving customers faster, better or more efficiently
4. Put yourself into the shoes of our customer, deep dive into specific user flows and common challenges to understand priorities
5. Work closely with an international team and collaborate with operations team members and stakeholders, such as product, knowledge and more
Requirements
6. 4+ years work experience in a start-up or in a fast paced company or consultancy
7. Ability to grasp problems quickly and design pragmatic solutions
8. Eagerness to learn and grow
9. Extreme attention to detail while being able to drive impact quickly and successfully
10. High energy level and drive, practice first principles thinking
11. Strong analytical skills turning data into insights (SQL skills are a must)
12. Willingness to roll up your sleeves, being hands-on and pragmatic is what makes you and your team successful
13. You are a team player and customer obsessed
