We are on the lookout for a Registered Manager who thrives on building strong relationships, ensuring high-quality care, and overseeing a dedicated team. What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Registered Manager, you'll be leading the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring we meet the highest standards of care in everything we do. This includes:
* Managing complex care packages and ensuring compliance with national legislation and corporate policies.
* Leading recruitment and retention efforts to keep our team strong and motivated.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, making sure we're always seeking new opportunities to expand and improve.
* Promoting Direct Homecare’s commitment to providing safe, professional, and high-quality services across the care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of care, ensuring that all standards are maintained.
* Keep communication flowing smoothly between head office, senior management, and your team.
* Drive training and development initiatives to make sure every member of the team has the skills they need to succeed.
* Regularly audit and review the quality of care provided, ensuring client needs are met and that staff are always working to the highest standards.
* Investigate and resolve any complaints with a calm and solution-focused approach.
What We’re Looking For:
* You are an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in complex care services.
* You hold a Level 5 in Leadership (or equivalent).
* You are passionate about maintaining high standards, developing your team, and ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
* You are a strong communicator who enjoys working with both clients and colleagues to create a positive, team-oriented environment.
* You have a full driving license and are ready to be hands-on when it comes to managing day-to-day activities.
