JOB DESCRIPTION Another great opportunity to join the Kuehne+Nagel team in Bicester.
Your Role
The warehouse operative role is an integral element of the day to day operational functionality delivering objectives and outputs efficiently and effectively within a Kuehne+Nagel warehouse environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Complete the daily MHE safety checks (where applicable)
2. Carry out assigned tasks including: picking, packing, goods receipt, checking, loading & unloading of vehicles, hygiene, the processing of returns and stock maintenance and integrity tasks.
3. Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out other assigned Computer based tasks as required
4. Comply and contribute to the KN 5s standards within the working area
5. Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas
6. Operate to trained work instructions. ABC Modules/ WI
7. Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy
8. Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace
9. Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy
Your Skills and Experiences
10. PC literate
11. MHE licence (where applicable)
12. Understanding of warehouse practises. picking, loading
13. Ability to work individually or as part of a team
14. Reliable and committed to attending work on time
15. Good Communication skills
16. Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy
17. High attention to detail
