Cambridgeshire Project Manager ICP Your New Role As a project manager your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific jobs you are working on. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of IPSUM Private Power Limited and its customers Manage multiple projects safely, competently, and effectively to time and budget. Manage all financial aspects of projects. Produce PO’s and order plant and all other items relating to the projects you manage. Ensure all extra works/variations are costed and invoiced. Provide cost value reconciliation for projects/contracts. Ensure all sub-contracts are approved in line with the company policies. Ensure project meets all current legislation HASAWA, NRSWA C.O.S.H.H. etc. Assist in costing schemes for quotation as required. Identify and inform Directors / Senior Managers of commercial opportunities as appropriate. · Review and monitor programme schedule using Project Management tools. Work in accordance with project programs to ensure dates and milestones are achieved to ensure projects are completed on time, first time About You Essential Qualifications/Skills/Experience Experienced as a Project Manager with a proven track record within the ICP/DNO sector. ICP experience at 11kV is essential & 33kV is desirable, but not essential Desirable Qualifications/Skills/Experience Technical status and a qualified electrical engineer would be desirable, but not essential. A Manager who remains calm under pressure, can communicate with internal and external parties. Good time management and an ability to plan ahead. An individual who will pursue high standards, recognise improvement opportunities and learn from experience. An individual that takes a personal pride in making improvements.
