What you’ll be doing… You’ll support on safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) related compliance, legislative adherence and best practice activity across our Group. Predominantly you’ll produce management information, analysis, documentation and reporting - escalating any identified issues or concerns. Safety & Health: Championing and inspiring a strong safety culture internally and externally. Drafting safety & health related documents for review and approval by the Head of HSE & QA and wider stakeholders. Helping to integrate safety & health into operational procedures Group wide. Thorough safety related reporting and analysis for both internal and external consumption. Fire risk assessments. Environment: Supporting on environmental related reporting and analysis. Staying up to date with environmental legislation and best practice and the responsibilities our business should hold and fulfil. Quality: Supporting the maintenance of required operational policies and procedures. Aiding the migration and integration of the diverse Quality Management Systems for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001. Helping us to maintain our BSI accreditations. Who we’re looking for… Experience (preferable but not essential as training will be given): 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within the utilities industry. Experience of MyCompliance or similar SHEQ compliance software.
