Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1:1 and small-group academic support in subjects such as English, Maths, and Science
2. Assist in creating and delivering engaging and tailored lessons that foster student growth
3. Offer guidance to students on study techniques, time management, and academic organization
4. Encourage and motivate students to take ownership of their learning, celebrating their progress and achievements
5. Support teachers in creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all students can thrive
6. Build strong relationships with students to promote their academic, emotional, and social development
7. Take part in school activities and help implement strategies to raise students' confidence and self-esteem
Minimum Requirements:
1. A 2:1 degree or higher in any academic subject
2. A genuine passion for helping students succeed and a commitment to supporting their development
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
4. Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
5. Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, coaching, volunteering) is an advantage but not essential
6. A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the education field
7. The ambition to pursue a future career in teaching or educational leadership
