We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join one of our clients teams on a permanent basis in the construction sector. Our client is a leading contractor specialising in commercial fit-out and public sector projects. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Oversee the coordination of contract administration, including variations, claims, and disputes.
* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with all regulations and contractual obligations.
* Provide regular reports on project progress, financials, and contractual matters to senior management.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
* Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and accurate, maintaining compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager in the construction industry, ideally with a focus on commercial fit-out or public sector projects.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
