A dynamic Hospitality and Event Manager is sought to oversee daily operations, plan events, and lead a team in a newly opened venue just outside Northampton.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality and event management, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including events and restaurant, ensuring high standards of service.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage events from conception through to completion.
* Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored events, including corporate functions and private parties.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality staff.
* Manage budgets, stock levels, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Duty management shifts may be required.
