What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or creative businesses.
* A strategic thinker – You know how to build, execute, and refine a killer social strategy.
* A storyteller at heart – You craft content that connects, from big campaigns to everyday moments.
* Sharp analytical skills – You track performance, spot patterns, and optimise for impact.
* Platform expertise – You’re fluent in Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and beyond.
* Content creation skills – You know how to brief designers, write sharp copy, and spot a great idea.
* AI-curious – You understand and use AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign success.
* Paid & organic growth knowledge – You understand how to maximise reach with smart paid strategies.
* Community management – You engage, respond, and build loyal followings.
* Trend-obsessed – You know what’s happening before it happens.
* Data-driven mindset – You measure success and constantly refine your approach.
What You’ll Do
* Own and manage social media channels, creating content that drives engagement.
* Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals.
* Create and curate content, from short-form videos to long-form storytelling.
* Monitor performance, using insights to optimise and refine content strategies.
* Manage communities, responding to comments, messages, and building brand advocates.
* Spot trends and opportunities, ensuring our brands stay ahead of the curve.
* Work closely with designers, writers, and strategists to bring content to life.
* Oversee paid social campaigns, maximising reach and return on investment.
* Report on social performance, turning data into actionable insights.
* Keep brands relevant, engaging, and impossible to ignore.
