Job Description:
The Creative Learning Manager will lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of creative and educational programmes that align with our mission to make the arts accessible to a broad audience. This role requires a passionate individual who can engage schools, community groups, and the public in meaningful arts experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a range of educational and outreach programmes, including workshops and community events.
2. Collaborate with educators, artists, and community partners to ensure programmes are relevant and impactful.
3. Oversee the implementation of projects from planning through to delivery and assessment.
4. Ensure all programmes meet safeguarding standards and promote inclusivity.
5. Monitor budgets, maintain accurate records, and evaluate programme outcomes to inform future initiatives.
Specific Skills and Minimum Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Demonstrable experience in arts education, community engagement, or a related field.
2. Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful programme delivery.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups, including schools, community organisations, and arts professionals.
4. Safeguarding Knowledge: Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and an understanding of policies related to educational environments.
5. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage budgets, monitor resources, and evaluate programme success accurately.
