We are looking for a Cleaning Account Manager to oversee a multi-site flagship contract in the King’s Cross area. You will lead a team of supervisors and 70 operatives, ensuring the highest cleaning standards across three sites, covering cleaning, pest control, sanitary, waste management, and periodic cleans. Reporting to an Account Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships, driving high service standards, and supporting and developing your team. This role sits within our Portfolio division – a high-specification cleaning service for professional workplaces. Our clients trust us to create environments that enhance well-being, productivity, and professionalism. As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll be: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Overseeing service delivery and quality standards across all contract sites. Carrying out project work, audits, and reports to support the Regional Director. Leading contract and specification review meetings with clients. Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and compliance are met across all sites. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and contract growth. As a Cleaning Account Manager, you’ll have: Excellent communication skills with a people-first approach. Strong leadership and motivational abilities, with experience managing change effectively. Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel to present information and insights. Financial acumen – experience in forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Health & Safety knowledge relevant to the cleaning industry.
