Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and documents.
* Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements are made and details are covered.
* Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
* Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
