Employment Type: Full Time or Part Time
Remuneration: $ Negotiable based on experience
Hours Per Week: Minimum 6 hours per day
Location: Office + WFH

If you are interested in Paediatrics or have particular caseload interests, then we would like to speak to you.
Your day will include:
* Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner.
* Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
* Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
* Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life.
* Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work, and residential facilities.
* Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence.
* Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

You will need:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
* Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
