South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust
We have some exciting opportunities to work in the Sunderland Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated individuals to be part of our growing team.
The MHST is a relatively new service that works across designated schools in Sunderland supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 to 18 years in providing low-intensity interventions and group work. We also work with parents and carers and offer training, advice, and support to our schools.
If successful, you will be based locally at the Hetton Centre but will work regularly at designated schools across Sunderland.
To undertake one of these roles, you will need to be a qualified/experienced Education Mental Health Practitioner.
If you are interested in one of these opportunities, we would very much like to hear from you.
