Position
This role is part of a newly created management structure within our Warden patrol team. It offers a unique opportunity to build and lead a professional, high-performing team of Wardens, laying the foundation for long-term success. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and exceptional people management skills to help drive growth and success.
As an experienced and driven manager, you will be able to lead the way in delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring operational excellence in the South West team.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Work with the National Operations Manager to ensure the delivery of key strategic objectives.
2. Support their team to ensure company/regional KPI targets are being consistently achieved.
3. Manage a range of HR related issues such as poor performance, absence management, recruitment, 121s, appraisals.
4. Use data to drive performance and track trends in performance.
5. Develop and continually improve the quality and resilience of the service provided.
6. Implement measures and controls to ensure that the quality of PCN’s issued is of the highest level.
7. Produce and communicate performance data on a regular basis.
8. Provide first line response for any complaints raised against the compliance or conduct of the Warden Team.
9. Ensure that exceptional customer service is being maintained for both our customers and clients.
10. Ensure that all team members are adhering to company policies and procedures and working in line with regulations.
Requirements
Who you are
1. An experienced people manager, who is confident in dealing with most aspects of HR.
2. An excellent communicator, at all levels and through various methods.
3. A confident decision maker and problem solver.
4. Passionate about your own work and that of your team.
5. You must be able to legally live and work in the UK.
The postholder will be required to travel to their nearest office, external meetings and client sites regularly. The team are based across Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall so a desire to travel and meet team members individually is important.
Other information
Salary: £36,500 per annum with bonus (OTE £62,500)
Location: This role is to cover the South West team and the successful applicant will be based in the Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon or Cornwall area.
