Role: Unqualified Teacher - Cover Supervisor
Salary: £100-£120 per day
Location: Milford Haven & surrounding areas
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Teaching Personnel are looking for an Unqualified Teacher (Cover Supervisor) to provide general cover in the Milford Haven & surrounding area. The schools are always on the lookout for Unqualified Teachers/Cover Supervisors to join their team to support the teaching staff when there are illnesses or absences. The school is a secondary school that values supporting the local community.

Roles and responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
1. Delivering lessons where the work has been set by the teacher.
2. Ensuring positive behaviour management in accordance with school policies.
3. Supporting pupils who are having difficulty in completing the work that has been set.
4. Developing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
5. Assisting with the supervision of pupils out of lesson times, including before and after school and at lunchtime.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
