Scheduler - Wellingborough
Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression are the market leader in kitchen fire suppression systems, we design, install and maintain systems for customers across the UK including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals and fast food outlets. We are currently looking to appoint a new Scheduler which will be based at our Head Office in Wellingborough.
Basic Salary – Up to £24,000 dependent on experience

Responsibilities:
* Schedule and organise service visits and call-out rotas for Engineers.
* Liaise with clients and the administration team to ensure timescales and deadlines are met.
* Obtain site access information and arrange service visits accordingly.
* Accurately enter data into our CRM system.
* Update the customer service record.
* General service administration duties and weekly reporting, including providing a report on current, completed, and outstanding workloads.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Competent with Microsoft Office packages such as Excel & Word.
* Familiarity with using in-house CRM systems.
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
* Highly organised with the ability to use initiative to organise and prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Dynamic and forward-thinking.
* Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative where applicable.
