Duties
Assessing and promoting the needs of our elderly residents to enable our residents to live their best life.
Create and follow person centered care plans to provide the holistic care needed.
Take responsibility for leading the shift effectively and positively.

Knowledge
· Hold a valid NMC registration

· Ability to take responsibility to lead the shift
· Ability to build and maintain positive, professional working relationships
· Computer literate
Experience
· Drive and commitment to provide high quality care and exceed expectations
· Experience of Dementia/End of Life care
· Experience working with an electronic care planning system, preferably PCS
· Experience in the development and implementation of person centered care planning
