Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting inbound and outbound marketing for our digital education product, Easy4u - working closely with our Marketing and Communications Director.
You will play a pivotal role in the success of our marketing campaigns that run on social media. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills will be essential in building relationships with influencers and delivering outstanding results for our clients. In addition, you will be supporting the Marcomms Director in the planning and execution of in-person events, building relationships with various areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our goals and objectives, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
* Work with Facebook/LinkedIn and Hubspot CRM to develop marketing strategies, SEO, digital marketing campaigns (email).
* Work with the Marcomms Director to create campaigns to return successful execution of business.
Content Briefing:
* Be inventive! Create compelling and authentic content that resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.
Campaign Execution:
* Coordinate and oversee the implementation of online campaigns; including content posting schedules and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Event planning:
Work with the Marcomms Director on planning our events - with duties including (but not limited to):
* Assisting with stand setup on site.
* Running smaller events across the country.
* Travel to events, where directed to by the Marcomms Director, to sign off proper setup and take down of events.
Reporting and Analysis:
* Provide regular performance reports to the Marcomms Director, offering insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
* Developing a bi-weekly campaign report for the General Manager.
Stay Current:
* Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, providing thorough leadership within the company.
CRM and Systems:
* Assist in the running of the Marketing section of the CRM and ERP systems.
Summer Production and Deliveries:
* Be available and help with summer production and deliveries during the summer period and September where required as a member of the wider, extended Easy4u Team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience in digital marketing. A portfolio of successful campaigns would be desirable.
* Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms; up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and influencer marketing.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
* Strong verbal communication skills when conversing to colleagues, clients and creators.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Strong literacy skills in all written communication.
