Your Role as Estate Caretaker: In this pivotal year, as an Estate Caretaker you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be paramount as you provide an on-site presence, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of communal areas. You will inspect garage sites, stairwells, and open spaces, ensuring they are well-maintained, while also conducting fire safety and security checks. Additionally, you will collaborate with tenants and community groups to enhance the living experience for all residents.
