Customer Care Coordinator – Introduction:
* Role: Customer Care Coordinator
* Location: Malmesbury, Wiltshire
* Reporting to: Head of Customer Care/Customer Care Office Manager
* Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum plus 12% bonus
* OTE: £30-32k
* Working arrangements: Hybrid working office and site
* Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

Customer Care Coordinator – About the role:
We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our South Wales team. Due to continued growth and expansion across the South Wales region, we are now looking to further strengthen our Customer Care team with the addition of 2 Customer Care Coordinators, reporting to the Head of Customer Care/Customer Care Manager.
This role involves communicating with our customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives, and contractors to encourage customers to provide information about any problems they may have. The Coordinator will record that information carefully on our computer system and arrange for their problems to be addressed as quickly as possible by coordinating appointments, labor, and parts.
Customer Care Coordinator – About you:
* A champion for customer care
* Previous Customer Care experience within a fast-paced and busy environment
* Experience within the housing or construction industry is desired but not essential
* The ability to remain calm and focused in pressurized situations, with proactive problem-solving skills
* Understands the importance of quality standards and procedures required to achieve and maintain 5* customer service
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent listening skills, understanding customer requirements
* Proactive and able to take initiative
* Flexible in approach
* Competent user of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience within the new home environment beneficial but not essential
* Knowledge of COINS is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
