Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Aftersales Manager for our Toyota Dealership based in Patchway, North Bristol. The hours of work are 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.
Listers Toyota Bristol (North) is the European flagship for Toyota and Lexus. It is a 21 bay workshop, with dedicated MOT, wheel alignment and SMART repair facilities.
In every aspect of our dealerships, the aim is always to exceed customer expectations. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.
Role and Responsibilities
* Accountable for all workshop, service and the parts department staff, you will manage, coach and develop the team to reach their full potential and performance.
* Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets.
* Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency.
* Responsible for your own budget, you will relish the opportunity to drive the business forward.
* Working closely with other department managers to drive the overall centre performance.
About you
* This is a key role, responsible for approximately 30 colleagues, significant budgetary responsibility and a relentless drive to be the number one Toyota centre in the UK. We will only therefore accept applications from candidates who have previously worked with proven results as a Service Manager or Parts Manager in a similar size role, or experienced Aftersales Manager looking for a bigger challenge.
