Job Responsibilities
* Participate in various stages of the talent acquisition process (from candidate search to new employee integration)
* Ensure the welcome of new employees and prepare welcome documents (gifts, forms, etc.)
* Enroll employees in collective insurance and retirement plans
* Ensure the compliance, organization, and maintenance of employee files and HR documentation
* Prepare various HR communications (memos, appointments, anniversaries, etc.)
* Assist in the administrative coordination of HR department projects and programs (performance management, recognition program, HRIS, etc.)
* Keep HR data such as statistics and key performance indicators up to date
* Participate in managing personal protective equipment, including the yearly order of work clothes
* Respond to general information requests from managers and workers
* Prepare and organize meetings, training sessions, and other events
* Prepare training files for the 1% Training Law
* Prepare and organize information to be transmitted to the payroll service
* Provide occasional administrative support to other departments as needed and as capacity allows
* Perform any other related tasks

Qualifications
* College diploma (DEC) in administrative techniques OR college level studies in human resources OR certificate in human resources
* Experience in a similar position (asset)
* Bilingual in French and English (asset)
