Registered Home Manager - Residential Care
Salary: Up to £48,000

What we're looking for:
Qualification: Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) or above.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a residential care setting.
Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
Financial Acumen: Excellent budget management and financial planning skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle disciplinary and grievance procedures professionally.

Your day-to-day:
Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of the residential service.
Deliver Person-Centred Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care tailored to residents' needs.
Specialised Support: Uphold a service that meets the specific needs of adults with acquired brain injuries.
Adhere to Standards: Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Budget Oversight: Manage budgets and financial systems to maintain a sustainable operation.
Resource Allocation: Oversee resource allocation, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
Lead the Team: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team.
Performance Management: Manage staff performance, including utilizing disciplinary and grievance procedures as necessary.
Promote Growth: Encourage ongoing professional development and training opportunities for team members.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
