Visit properties to look at issues reported by tenants and fault find, repair fault if possible, provide training on correct use, or report to managing agent/landlord if necessary. Clean the property when a tenant vacates Contact external accommodation providers, such as letting agents, and report issues with accommodation to them Remove unwanted furniture/bulky items from the building and dispose of appropriately using manual handling equipment where appropriate. Ensure appropriate PPE is worn. Demonstrate to temporary staff on safe methods of work. Dismantling bulky items to take place out doors in dedicated areas.
