Job Description
Actively seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Analyst, with experience in the support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, for an exciting new opportunity with a growing Microsoft Partner. The role will involve working as part of a like minded managed service team on interesting 3rd line technical support engagements over the coming years - a position providing fantastic project exposure, and brilliant future progression prospects.
This permanent role is fully home based, with the expectation of very occasional time on client site.
Role & Responsibilities
Technical, 3rd line support of D365 Business Central environments
Troubleshooting complex support issues, involving back end analysis and code review
Debugging support issues alongside development teams
Processing technical change requests and conducting ad-hoc config/ testing tasks
Providing exceptional customer service to my clients diverse customer base Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV technical support analysis
Ability to read and analyse C/AL & AL Extensions code
Strong analytical/ troubleshooting skills
Configuration and testing experience
Confident communication/ user engagement skillsBenefits
