We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Supervisor to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd.
As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workload, driving the team to exceed targets, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Customer Care department's daily operations.
* Lead the team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales performance.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.
* Monitor and report on department performance and progress.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service and leadership roles.

* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
