Duties will include:
* Communicating confidently with vendors, landlords, internal staff, and service partners.
* Supporting financial tasks, including liaising with the finance team regarding invoice queries.
* Assisting with vendor onboarding by gathering key information and documentation.
* Providing high-level translation support to aid non-German speakers in understanding key documents and communications.
* Managing administrative tasks, including document preparation and correspondence.
* Using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook effectively.
