About the Role
Provide Level 1 & 2 internal support for software platforms such as Yardi Systems, Rent Café, Entrata, and ancillary programs. Primary support provided to the property and corporate end-users. Identify basic user errors, troubleshoot data and system issues, and interface with software provider support staff.
What You'll Be Doing
* Level 1 Support - Identify user error and provide instruction on how to correct the issue.
* Level 2 Support – Troubleshoot issues, identify if there is a solution or if it is a software issue.
* Submit program issues/bugs to the software provider.
* Utilize Help Desk support management software.
* Provide one-on-one training to end users as needed.
* Occasional on-site travel for property training.
* Recognize operational challenges and provide recommendations to create efficiency.
* Provide new user access, password changes, and termination of user access.
* Perform testing of software upgrades.
* Perform setup and testing of new functionality.
* Create guides and perform training for new functionality.
Typical Physical Demands: Regularly uses hands to manipulate phones, computer keyboard, and similar tools. Ability to view computer screens, mobile devices, and other electronic equipment for extended periods of time. Sit and stand to perform administrative work. Regularly lift and move office supplies up to 20 lbs. Work is performed in an office environment. Employee must travel throughout the company footprint as required.

* Proficient in Yardi Systems, Rent Café, Entrata, and ancillary product programs/interfaces.
* Must have the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to perform project management.
* Ability to effectively work within a decentralized/highly autonomous business model.
