Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Body Shop Manager with experience in body shop management, team leadership, and automotive operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our body shop, overseeing repairs, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader capable of optimizing workflows, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Oversee body shop operations and manage a skilled team of technicians, apprentices, and support staff.
Ensure high standards in repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
Manage parts inventory, supplier relationships, and quotations using tools like Audatex.
Drive operational improvements and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Support additional services, including tyre bay management and after-sales repairs.Requirements:
Proven experience in body shop management and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of automotive engineering and vehicle maintenance.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
