The Role
Working directly with the experienced HR Director, you will support a fast-paced and growing business. With a base in North America, you will support the growth of UK operations, whilst tapping into the global Centre of Excellence.
Touching on all the core aspects of HR, you'll gain exposure on your learning curve, from people and culture, to L&D, and HR transformation. This organisation are looking to partner with someone at the start of their career who will continue to grow with the business.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance electronic and the HMRS people records in compliance with Company policy and all applicable legislation
* Ensure accurate and timely entry of new hires, data change, promotions, HR transactions, separation, and all other relevant information related to employee lifecycle into the HRMS whilst maintaining data integrity
* Key interface for managing employee benefits
* Enhance and deliver pre-boarding, on-boarding, and off-boarding, the employee experience and engagement (including, the right to work in the UK, security checks, the welcome presentation and benefits orientation)
* Analytics and HR reporting, prepare routine reports, review data for validity, maintain training, learning and development records, length of service, and peer awards
* First line support for all HR related queries including policy engagement and training, learning and development
* Support the talent acquisition offering, and talent management framework for existing employees
* Project work supporting and including DEI and belonging, benchmarking, training, learning, and development, additional ad hoc proactive and foundational HR programmes
Key Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years' experience in HR or similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment OR post-graduate qualifications in HR-related disciplines
* Working towards CIPD and personal desire to continue learning and developing
* Mindset: you'll be driven and eager to learn, with pragmatism and an empathetic approach
* Ability to work with discretion and in a confidential manner
* Growth mindset, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, values driven HR
* Proficient in MS Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Core Details:
This is a full-time position requiring travel to the office in Oxfordshire on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. We are looking for candidates who can start ASAP (no more than a 4-week notice period).
