It’s an exciting and busy time for the E-Roster Team here at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
We are currently in the middle of delivering two significant pieces of work – Medical rostering and the Trust-wide roll out of eRostering for Agenda for Change (AfC) staff which have been mandated by National Health Service England (NHSE).
To date, we are approximately halfway through AfC implementation and a quarter of the way through our medical staff rostering, which is planned for completion in June 2025. We now need to recruit to one of our two eRoster Implementation Facilitator roles on either a fixed term or secondment basis.
If you have previous experience of eRostering and are interested in joining our small team, please see the main duties of this role below.
As one of the eRoster Implementation Facilitators, you will be responsible for delivering a full eRoster implementation and training service to our medical colleagues. This will include, but is not limited to:
* Building rosters from beginning to end based on service requirements and specifics.
* Liaising with relevant colleagues to arrange meetings, collect data, and build sound working relationships to ensure that rosters are well built, sustainable, and within the project timeframe.
* Providing ongoing business as usual support to system users, acting as the first point of contact for queries, concerns, and feedback.
* Acting as a good role model and ambassador for the wider eRoster service and team.
* Delivering initial and ongoing training to all service users as and when required, ensuring that this is well planned and coordinated throughout the eRoster team.
* Supporting the development of, monitoring, and maintaining accurate project documentation to ensure seamless delivery of service.
* Working towards eRostering accreditation (if not already achieved).
If this sounds familiar and you are still interested in joining us, why not come in and meet us for an informal chat!
