About the NPD Chef - hybrid job
The purpose of your role will be to develop new product lines in accordance with customer requirements and briefs issued by the category management team.
Key tasks
* Oversee all culinary innovation projects from design to delivery and ensure quality throughout the process.
* Work closely with the culinary development teams on market research and new product lines.
* Create new and innovative recipes from product sourcing to launching live own brand propositions.
* Customer and menu presentations.
* Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, internal and external suppliers.
* Produce cost calculation documentation for P&L review and consideration.
About You
1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in 5* culinary hospitality and or food retail market with 2+ years’ management/supervisory experience.
