They are seeking Technical Account Manager provide essential support for a range of innovative real estate software solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for offering technical support to clients, helping to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across the company's product suite. You will work directly with clients to ensure successful product implementations and upgrades, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve technical issues by utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Provide customer support during software implementations and updates, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
* Follow up on client inquiries, conducting thorough research and ensuring prompt resolution.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and document more complex cases, contributing to the overall team success.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, scheduling regular calls to assist with setup and ongoing product usage.
Role Requirements
* Hold a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Enjoy working with numbers and possess strong analytical abilities.
* Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and providing remote support via phone and email.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, aiming to exceed client expectations.
