Due to confirmed long-term projects including residential and specialist stonework projects, they now require Architectural Technicians at various levels to join the team. Role & Responsibilities Produce high-quality technical drawings, with detailed joinery fittings in a traditional style Working across RIBA stages 2 - 6 Produce detailed hand drawings Work alongside other Architectural Technologists and Architects on projects Work on bespoke, high-end, conservation, and residential projects. Required Skills & Experience Qualified and trained as an Architectural Technician, Technologist, or Architect Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in the UK Possess a portfolio that demonstrates technical drawings that include drawings from 1:50 general arrangements down to 1:5 construction and joinery detailing Experience in UK residential projects Experience in working on basements, masonry, or stonework would be beneficial Experience in the use of ArchiCAD is beneficial but full training is offered.
