We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Technician to provide IT support and ensure the smooth operation of internal systems. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their technical expertise while contributing to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide onsite, telephone, and email support to staff, resolving IT issues promptly or escalating when necessary.
* Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
* Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and telecommunications systems, including printers, projectors, and computers.
* Monitor system performance, complete backups, and ensure virus-checking routines are successful.
* Assist with IT onboarding and training for new starters, including software and system use.
* Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
* Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and mobile devices.
About You:
1. Technical Skills: Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, Office 365, and desktop operating systems. Familiarity with application support is a bonus
