Claimont Health is looking for outstanding Registered Nurse to join our team to support with a bespoke package of care for a female client in the community setting. This package will operate on a 4hr shift 4 up to 7 days per week. Claimont Health is a CQC registered unique Mental Health service provider in the Private Sector, predominantly providing person centred, holistic services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home. We offer a tailored service, providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement client’s needs. We are looking for a high quality, dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate, kind, caring and has a passion for delivering outstanding care for a client who presents with personal care and mental health challenges. Due to the nature of the client’s needs, this package of care will require FEMALE ONLY staff. The successful post holder will: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task. High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in your work presentation and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports. Passion for helping people and providing personalised care. In-depth understanding of the organisation’s policies and clinical regulations. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for clients. Robust working knowledge of the Care Quality Commission and their requirements. Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of team. Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities to support the organisation as required. Required Skills/Qualifications: At least 1 year’s nursing experience working within an NHS environment performing a Care Coordination role. Previous experience of working within a CAMHS and/or adult Mental Health clinical environment Previous experience of managing of staff is desirable. Demonstrate understanding of Clinical Governance. Experience of maintaining effective clinical risk registers and developing plans to mitigate against all identified risks. What We Offer: Attractive Rates of pay - £32ph Refer a friend Scheme.
