If you’re a strategic thinker, a people leader, and have a passion for bringing bold ideas to life, we want to hear from you What You'll Do: As Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement strategies that drive awareness and recruitment for a wide range of student groups. From 16/18-year-olds to adult learners, apprentices, and higher education students, your work will cover all aspects of our college offer, from digital marketing to events and campaigns. Your main focus will be: Leading the team: You’ll inspire and manage our marketing crew, making sure they have the resources and support to execute and create insight led marketing activities. Driving campaigns: You’ll be the mastermind behind creative campaigns that generate interest and convert potential students and partners. From email marketing to on-campus events, you’ll be hands-on in bringing our marketing vision to life. Innovating: We want fresh ideas that stand out Whether it’s a new way to engage with potential students or an exciting event on campus, we’ll look to you for the next big thing. Branding & reputation: You’ll help shape how our group is perceived by the outside world, ensuring everyone knows about the amazing opportunities we offer. Collaboration: Work alongside the business, sales, and curriculum teams to craft marketing plans that meet our recruitment and business goals. What We Need From You: A deep understanding of marketing, with a focus on turning data and insights into effective digital and campaign strategy. Experience in managing a marketing team and supporting professional development. A strong sense of creativity, with the ability to come up with exciting ways to attract and engage potential students. Proven project management skills – from budgets to deadlines, you’ll keep everything running smoothly. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. An analytical mindset, using data to shape and refine campaigns to ensure they’re always on target.
