Our client, a leading third-party administrator in the UK, is seeking a Lead Administrator to join their growing team as they continue to expand.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of delegated tasks within the team, ensuring accuracy by reviewing work before submission and providing feedback to support team development.
* Handle complex cases efficiently, ensuring effective resolution.
* Collaborate closely with the manager to allocate tasks and manage workload distribution.
* Previous experience in DB pension administration is required.
* Strong experience in reviewing and checking junior team member's work.
* Proven technical knowledge of pensions.
