Belfast Finance
The Belfast Finance department provides services to the A&O Shearman network of offices covering management and financial accounting & reporting, revenue control (includes eBilling), credit control, accounts payable and tax. Main offices currently served are London, Belfast, US, South Africa, Dubai, Israel, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.
What you will do
In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across the Credit Control and Revenue functions within the finance department.
This role is suited to a committed team player who works well with others and enjoys working towards a common goal. You will be an excellent communicator who is confident in interactions with others, with the ability to listen and understand issues from all perspectives and to value other opinions.
You will also have the ability to work well under pressure and multi task to meet targets and tight deadlines. Additionally, you will have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy, with the ability to deliver tasks in a professional and organised way with limited supervision and you will also be focused on delivering excellent client service.
You will have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, preferably gained in an office or administrative setting
