IT Support Analyst - Permanent - London (Hybrid) - £40,000 per annum
I have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for a IT Support Analyst to work for our leading London based global law firm on a permanent basis.
* Providing 1st and 2nd line global support to the business
* Perform technical support functions via phone, remote connection and desk side visits
* Log calls in the Service Desk management tool to ensure incidents and requests are managed in a timely manner and escalated using the correct procedures
* Build and support laptops, desktops, printers and remote devices such as iPhones
* Assist with user account management
* Produce and maintain technical documentation and articles for the knowledge base
* Experience in a law firm or similar/professional environment
* Experience supporting Windows 10, 11 and Office 365 suite
* Document Management System – iManage or similar
* Excellent analytical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve problems methodically and logically
