Head of Marketing and Business Development
Landmark Chambers seeks to strengthen its senior leadership team through the recruitment of a Head of Marketing and Business Development (HoM&BD) to assist in the next exciting chapter of its development. In this newly created role, which is considered key to the future success of Landmark, you will help them build on their reputation as a market leader in their specialist areas. You will work closely with members, the CEO and other senior leaders to develop the strategic direction of Chambers.

Person Specification
* Extensive marketing experience at a senior level gained within a barristers’ chambers or law firm.
* A proven track record of developing and implementing successful M, BD & Comms strategies within a legal environment.
* A proven track record in managing multiple projects with competing demands.
* Demonstrable experience of digital marketing and innovative use of data and CRM systems.
* A team player with a strong work ethic.
* Proven leadership, organisational and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO and supporting the Practice Directors with a programme of carefully targeted BD activity, looking at marketing and communications strategies and tactical plans which will enhance the brand image, profile and identity of Landmark. You will create high-quality content across all marketing collateral and ensure it supports Landmark’s development objectives and have overall responsibility for the marketing budget, taking responsibility for tracking Return on Investment.
Professional Qualifications
* Educated to at least degree level (or equivalent).
* Post graduate qualification e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing (“CIM”).
* Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing is desirable but not essential.
